Jacki Vause has worked in publishing and public relations for over 22 years with experience managing traditional and digital, mobile and social communications strategies for major clients including Channel 4, Siemens, Avaya, GE, AT&T, Tyco, Unisys and Panasonic. Jacki is also an entrepreneur and has founded a number of the UK’s most exciting online media properties including PRshots.com and Appromoter.com. Jacki started her career in publishing managing leading titles including Personal Computer World and Personal Computer Magazine. Jacki then worked in software publishing at Roderick Manhattan Group and was one of the founding members of PlanIT Software and Starfish Software – subsidiaries of RMG. In 1995 Jacki founded Flapjack Communications which grew to be one of the leading high-tech PR agencies. In 2001 she sold Flapjack to Midnight Communications and went on to co-found the European head office of Peppercom. Ten years later she left Peppercom to co-found Dimoso with James and John. Jacki is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Lady Taverners.

Sandhya has spent over a decade working in PR, events and marketing communications in London and in Singapore. Her work has included a heady mix of both consumer and B2B clients – with a focus on the tech sector in more recent years. To name a few – these include The Australian Tourism Commission, OpenMarket, Textlocal, Mazuma Mobile, Stonewood Encryption, Virgin and FedEx. In her very early years Sandhya was festival manager for international music festival WOMAD in Asia, and on the side, managed a commercial film festival for two years.

Valentina’s background is in mobile game development, and as such she has quickly taken the role of dimoso’s mobile app expert. Most recently before joining dimoso Valentina helped with the organization of WIP, the Wireless Industry Partnership, an international company that builds mobile developer communities and amplifies the developer’s voice in the ecosystem. To date at dimoso Valentina has managed the launch of more than 20 mobile apps and games, and as part of our consultative approach has been heavily involved from beta testing though to app store management.

Chantal is an account executive at dimoso and works on many of dimoso’s social media campaigns, including daily work managing Facebook strategy for mobile phone recycler Mazuma mobile. Before working at dimoso, Chantal has five years’ experience working to support account teams in the fashion pr industry, which mainly involved picture editing for high street brands such as the Arcadia group, Debenhams and Ted Baker.

Mitchell is dimoso’s resident antipodean, hailing from Wagga Wagga – which he assures us isn’t a made up place. He has more than five years PR and communications experience and a very diverse skillset – including community consultation, media relations, issues and crisis management, social media and public relations strategy. Prior to joining dimoso, Mitchell headed up the press office at Master Builders Australia – a leading industry body. He also spent more than three years at Australia’s largest PR Agency where he worked on consumer, technology and resources sector clients including Bunnings Warehouse, Cortona Resources, Dell, Microsoft X-box and McDonalds.
Kate is Dimoso’s consumer PR consultant, and has over eleven years’ experience in the industry. She has worked with brands in a number of sectors, including entertainment and third sector, but she has always had a passion for the food & drink industry. Her food & drink clients have included, Krispy Kreme, Stella Artois, Glenfiddich, Rachel’s Organic and Boursin, to name a few. Kate’s experience is wide ranging, from creating launch campaigns for start-up businesses, to developing global PR strategies for large household name brands.
